These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gulfbridgeacademy.com and the purchase of any products or services from GulfBridge Academy. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are placed through our website checkout, powered by Stripe.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase (or, for the monthly membership, at the start of each billing cycle).
- A confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued promptly in such cases.
- VAT: All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. A VAT receipt is available on request at info@gulfbridgeacademy.com.
- Currency: All prices are in GBP (£).
4. Digital Courses — Access and Delivery
- Course access is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Access instructions are sent by email to the address provided at checkout.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, distribute course materials, or allow others to access the content on your behalf.
- We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if we reasonably determine that credentials are being shared or these Terms are being breached.
5. GCC Career Advisory Services — Booking and Delivery
- Once payment is received, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange your session(s).
- Sessions are conducted via video call on a platform confirmed at the time of booking.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Failure to attend a session without notice may result in that session being forfeited without refund.
- Advisory sessions provide general professional guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, immigration, visa, or recruitment advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on our guidance.
6. The Arabic Circle — Monthly Membership
- Your membership begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date.
- You will be charged £29 (inclusive of VAT) each month until you cancel.
- Cancellation: Email info@gulfbridgeacademy.com at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date and will not be charged for the following month.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- We reserve the right to change membership pricing or content with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
7. One-to-One Coaching — Booking and Delivery
- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Once payment is received, we will confirm your session time within 2 business days.
- Sessions are conducted via video call on a platform confirmed at booking.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to attend without notice may forfeit the session without refund.
- Coaching is provided for personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or immigration advice.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email info@gulfbridgeacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase date to request a refund.
After 14 days, refunds are not available for digital courses.
Statutory cancellation rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your statutory right to cancel is waived once digital content has been accessed. Our 14-day guarantee operates in addition to those statutory rights — not instead of them.
GCC Career Advisory Services
- Before any work has commenced: Full refund available.
- Once work has commenced (including the first session or any preparatory work): No refund available.
- If we cancel or cannot deliver: Full refund issued.
The Arabic Circle — Monthly Membership
- No refunds for the current billing period once payment has been taken.
- Cancel at any time to prevent future charges (see Section 6).
One-to-One Coaching
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund.
- Within 48 hours: 50% refund.
- No-show (no notice given): No refund.
- If we cancel: Full refund issued.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Your Statutory Rights (UK Customers)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Our refund guarantees are offered in addition to — not instead of — those rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, audio, worksheets, guides, templates, and other materials provided by GulfBridge Academy are our intellectual property and are protected by UK copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own private, non-commercial learning purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content in any format
- Share access credentials or materials with any third party
- Record, screenshot, or repackage our content
- Use our materials for commercial purposes or in any training you deliver to others
- Create derivative works based on our materials without prior written consent
11. Accounts and Security
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@gulfbridgeacademy.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
12. Acceptable Use
By using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any course, advisory session, coaching, or membership. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances outside our control.
- Advisory and coaching services are informational in nature and do not substitute for professional legal, financial, immigration, or recruitment advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
14. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by us and our payment processor Stripe for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify active customers by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GulfBridge Academy in relation to your use of our website and services.
